Green Detox Program

Green Detox At The LifeCo

Our world class comprehensive offering combines a highly personalised program of Traditional Chinese Medicine including Acupuncture and Chinese herbs, with LifeCo's cleansing and nutrition program.

The Green Detox program is recommended for those who do not want to experience colon hydrotherapy, or for people who take care of their health and would like to alkalize their body quickly. During the Green Detox program, you will consume alkalizing plants such as spinach, celery and cucumber throughout the day. The Green (Liquid) Detox can be done for 4-7 days, or as a pre- and post-detox diet before and after a Master Detox.

Because of the high amounts of chlorophyll in the dark leafy greens prepared for you, the oxygen content of your blood will increase. Since your body will not be burdened with digestion, it will use its energy to repair, renew and heal.

Benefits of Green Juice

Because of the high amounts of chlorophyll in the dark leafy greens, the oxygen content of your blood will increase and the body will be alkalized in such short time. Since your body will not be burdened with digestion, it will use its energy to repair, renew and heal.

What is the importance of no chewing?

As the chewing activity is eliminated in this program, your digestive system is aimed to be completely renewed and rested. By solely consuming juices, you give your digestive system a break and allow your body to use this energy to renew instead.

How Many Days I should minimum do this program

Even one-day experience is beneficial . 4 days would be ideal for the minimum, and you can continue for up to 7 days, or as a pre and post-detox diet before and after a Master Detox
