Intermittent FastingProgram

Intermittent Fasting Program

Our world class comprehensive offering combines a highly personalised program of Traditional Chinese Medicine including Acupuncture and Chinese herbs, with LifeCo's cleansing and nutrition program.

Intermittent fasting is a type of scheduled eating plan where you adjust your normal daily eating routine to an hour-long window without cutting calories. Typical fasting time ranges from 14 to 18 hours. Fasting will help your body adjust from burning carbs to burning fat. Eating on a 6- to 8-hour window can take a few weeks to get used to and should be done gradually. Once your body has successfully shifted into fat burning mode, it will be easier for you to fast for as much as 18 hours and still feel satisfied. Your craving for sugar will slowly lessen and managing your weight will be easier.

Even though intermittent fasting is not based on calorie restriction in order to benefit from the anti-aging effect as well as weight loss, our program offers you a raw vegan diet which will be based on 800-900 calories per day.
During the program, you can combine your meals with some healthy cooked options but the diet will still remain vegan to enhance the overall health benefits.

Included in your weeks stay is a fully individualised and integrated program of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Nutrition and activities including yoga, meditation and Lifestyle advise, we embrace every Women who feels they need a reboot of their either fertility or general wellness. • Normalises ghrelin levels, also known as your “hunger hormone”

  • Increases the rate of HGH production which has an important role in health, fitness, and slowing down the aging process

  • Lowers triglyceride levels

  • Helps reduce inflammation and fight free radical damage
